| ENVIROSONIC AND ENVIROFLOW CLEANING SYSTEMS |
|
The Envirosonic ultrasonic decarbonising process was developed by the Walsall Chemical Company as there was a ever increasing demand for a user/environmentally friendly alternative to the conventional toxic cold soak type products.
Envirosonic systems come in to standard models the S and the XL. The XL pictured opposite has a working area of 900 x 650 x 500mm deep and is capable of taking 1 Jaguar type block or two Jaguar cylinder heads.
The ultrasonic cleaning action combined with the Neo Envirostrip 2000 water based decarboniser/paint stripping product rapidly break down carbon and paints far quicker than the conventional toxic chlorinated solvent products.
The systems are fitted with wall mountable control boxes with LED displays for time and temperature and the control of the pneumatic raise and lower platform.
On site Walsall Chemical Company have a demonstration area where companies are invited to bring along components to see the results for themselves.

Enviroflow cleaning stations offer a brand new experience in cleaning technology. The Enviroflow is ideal for multipurpose cleaning operations from general degreasing to decarbonising and paint stripping operations. The secret behind the Enviroflow success is the continuous flow action.
This created by the pump(s) re-circulates forcing the solution into the sparger pipes and through the edutor nozzles strategically placed in the bottom of the tank.
The action of 1 litre per minute passing through each nozzle creates an additional horse power agitation 5 times greater than the input volume of liquid. Eg 50 litres per minute through the system will generate 250 litres per minute of agitation thus creating a tremendous turbulence in the solution.
The Enviroflow systems are fully constructed from stainless steel and have thermostat controlled heating. The picture on the left shows a Enviroflow system designed for paint stripping of large hydraulic tools.
This machine was fitted with a pneumatic raise/lower platform and filtration chamber for removal of paint skins.
